EVN Wärmekraftwerke GmbH

EVN Wärmekraftwerke GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of the energy and environmental services company EVN AG . When the company was founded on July 1, 2018, the Dürnrohr, Theiss and Korneuburg thermal power plants, the Dürnrohr thermal waste recycling plant and the sewage treatment plants of the former WTE Austria were organizationally merged. Through this merger, synergies between the thermal power plant area and waste recycling can be better used and further developed.

EVN offers electricity, gas, heating, water supply and wastewater disposal as well as thermal waste recycling and related services on the basis of the latest infrastructure. Based in Lower Austria, the largest Austrian state, EVN AG supplies over one million customers.
