The company 3S Society for Demolition And Recycling mbH is active in the dismantling and demolition of residential buildings as well as in the dismantling of industrial plants and bridges. This includes gutting buildings, demolishing streets and paved areas. The company produces concrete and brick recycling at at least two locations in Schwedt and deals with gravel, filling floors and top floors.

The company was founded in Hamburg in 1999 (under the former name 'Eiphos' Dienstleistungs GmbH) and re-profiled in February 2000, relocating its headquarters to 16278 Pinnow, and from November 2001 to 16303 Schwedt.

By taking over a number of qualified and experienced employees and in particular also the former technical manager from a demolition and recycling company, we can currently look back on more than almost 20 years of know-how in our areas of activity.

In the last few years in particular, our company has succeeded in realizing respectable services both regionally and nationwide. It did not matter whether it was the complete demolition of 5, 6 or 11-storey residential buildings, the dismantling or demolition of industrial plants and other similar services up to and including the dismantling of bridges.

With our many years of know-how, our company was always able to carry out all tasks on time, in a qualified manner and to the fullest satisfaction of our previous business partners.

Since the new profile in 2001, the company has grown from 10 employees to a total of more than 20 employees today. The mutual substitutability of industrial employees is a basic principle of the company.

Our company holds the RAL quality mark for demolition (HA 2; AB) and is SCC-certified. Furthermore, our company has the approval for work on weakly bound asbestos. Other important evidence, such as proof of expertise asbestos, mineral dust, etc. is available with all the necessary repetitions.
