CFRP Recycling

The increasing consumption of carbon fibers and the resulting larger amount of CFRP waste will foreseeably lead to an increased need for disposal.

As a certified waste management company, we offer you the security of sustainable recycling of carbon fiber-containing production residues and end-of-life components.

In the first step, dry fiber residues, prepreg materials and hardened CFRP components are sorted according to fiber type and processing status and, if necessary, shredded. The pure carbon fibers are then completely recovered by means of thermal treatment.

Only then does the refinement and the final processing into the product variants carboNXT 'chopped' (cut) and carboNXT 'milled' (ground) begin
