When we started recycling CRT display devices 11 years ago, the problem of recycling flat screens did not yet exist. In the course of time, when the first flat screens came onto the market, it quickly became clear to us that the recycling of these screens would be a major challenge and problem. Over time, more and more of these screens end up in the so-called collection group 3 and we didn't know, like them, how we could recycle or sell them profitably. They took up more and more storage space and blocked our core business. Thereupon we decided to deal with the various contained materials and their mechanical processing, as well as the contained pollutants.

Within 2 years we developed and built a system for the mechanical pretreatment of flat screens, which makes it possible to dismantle the flat screen into its components within a very short time and even to remove the background lighting non-destructively.

This has revolutionized recycling in our company and made us an expert in the field of screen recycling. With this technology and 25 employees, we recycle 400 tons of flat screens per month.

Today we are able to offer our customers fast, efficient and innovative recycling with high recovery rates and to offer attractive conditions for the delivery of flat screens.
