In 1938 the company Joh. Mildenberger GmbH was founded at Böseler Str. 32 in 26169 Friesoythe-Schlingshöhe by the married couple Johann and Paula Mildenberger.

the first orders were to transport clinker bricks from neighboring brickworks for the construction of roads and houses.

After the company's founder died in 1957, his son Johann Fritz Mildenberger and his mother Paula (until 1961) took over the management of the company.

The couple Fritz and Inge Mildenberger were active in the management until 2015.

today

The family business is run in the 3rd generation by Ralf Mildenberger and his wife Nadine. The couple has two sons, Piet and Til.

the family's private residence, the office building with social rooms and the machine hall form the street view on Böseler Straße. Behind it is a machine hall, bays for building materials and spaces for containers.

The recycling area with storage potential for building rubble and recycled material closes the actively used part of the company premises.

Joh. Mildenberger GmbH has its own sand mining sites in Bösel and Edewecht-Husbäke (on the B401), a total of over 65 hectares.

the fleet includes 50 vehicles that require registration. (e.g. tipping vehicles, container trucks, construction machinery, special machines, etc.)

A total of 200 drop-off and roll-off containers are available for the 'Waste Management' division.

The company employs 37 people.
