HISTORY

In 1949, the former 'Städtische Aschenabfuhr', the existence of which can be traced back to the turn of the century, became the city economy, at that time in the form of the 'VEB Stadtwirtschaft Gotha'. When it was founded, the company dealt with the fields of waste disposal and street cleaning.

In the sixties to the eighties, further areas of the company were added. At that time, this included the city lighting, pest control, city advertising and the operation of the city pool and the garbage dump.

With the political change in 1989/1990 it was possible for the first time to be able to offer these business fields comprehensively and at a constantly increasing level. Since then, our company has consistently developed as a service provider for municipal services.
