We are a conservative Anabaptist Trash Collection & Disposal company based in Hutchinson, Kansas, providing top quality, professional waste management services to each customer from the smallest project to the largest.  Our purpose from the beginning has been to provide trash services that people appreciate and respect. We  aim for total customer satisfaction and want you to be happy and satisfied every time you deal with us. We are proud of the work we do, and continually look for new partnerships in new markets that make good sense to everyone involved.

We make it a point to run a professional Waste Management company. Trash service is often seen as a dirty, low class job, but we are working hard to bring dignity and class to this profession. Our History

From Humble Beginnings to a Flourishing Waste Management Company

Menno Nisly founded our business in 1956. He started this family-owned and operated business with one truck and one employee. Menno’s vision was to provide good, old-fashioned, customer friendly, and personalized trash service to friends and neighbors. This passion for honesty and customer satisfaction has provided the foundation for the company. We always have and continue to do our best in providing top quality, professional service to each customer, regardless of their garbage amount or location. We take pride in our profession and serving customers.

We are an ever-expanding, ever-improving company that is continually looking for new partnerships and areas of service in the Waste Management industry. We are always eager to find ways to serve more people in better ways.

Since our beginning more than 60 years ago, our company has seen substantial growth. We went from serving a few neighbors to serving industries, businesses, and residents in 8 counties throughout central Kansas. We now offer comprehensive waste management services with a full line of waste management containers. What started out as one man and a truck has grown into a company with over 20 employees and a full fleet of trucks.

Our business continues to prosper. Menno officially retired from the company in 2004, but still maintained an interest in the family business. On January 22, 2016 he passed away after suffering a severe stroke. His three sons, Marvin, Harold, and Arnold continue his legacy as they attempt to manage the business with integrity. Their father’s work ethics and his passion for excellence lives on in the company.
