We are a medium-sized family business. In the meantime, three generations of the family are already working in our company.

In 1960, Senior Helmut Weber, a trained master butcher, started in the village of Urloffen with great foresight and entrepreneurial courage to collect and recycle calf stomachs, hair, hides, skins and bones from the smaller butcher shops in the region, which are still predominantly artisanal.

In 1970 the company moved to the 'Großmatt' area. From this a medium-sized company has developed over the past five decades, which today employs around 50 people.

With our modern vehicle fleet, we collect residues from meat processing, food production and the food trade, which we handle and process in our company in Appenweier-Urloffen in a professional and hygienic manner.
