Remineral Rohstoffverwertung & Entsorgung GmbH & Co. KG, with its headquarters in Duisburg, is one of the independent medium-sized waste management companies. Remineral was founded on December 7th, 1990.

Change in the shareholder structure as of September 30, 2019 

The corporate group Dettmer - Group, based in Bremen, is expanding its Waste & Recycling division by taking over the entire shareholding of the remineral corporate group.

These include the well-known locations in Duisburg, Königs Wusterhausen, Briesen, Nuremberg and Essen (Klösters Essen GmbH in future remineral Essen GmbH).

The DURMIN or 'The Green Angels' were run jointly for 26 years by the shareholders of the Dettmer Group and remineral. In the future, the continuity of our services in connection with the further development of the company will be continued under the common roof of the Dettmer Group and the presence of the Waste & Recycling division of the Dettmer Group will be strengthened.
