Heydt GmbH

Hasengärtlestraße 54, Aulendorf, Baden-Wxfcrttemberg, Germany | Waste Management

When mechanization found its way into agriculture in the 1950s, it quickly became clear that not every farmer could buy all the machines for himself. The idea of cross-company use of machines was born. With the purchase of a 2-row potato machine, we put this into practice for the first time. The inter-company use of machines has proven itself and has also been introduced in other areas.

When the company was registered as a trade in 1964, the range already included sowing, cultivating and harvesting various fruits.

The growing fleet of vehicles required space: in 1970, a plot of land was acquired in Blönried and an underground garage with a workshop was built. They ventured into new areas and now also took on non-agricultural work.

The takeover of transport and earthworks with the existing vehicle fleet quickly reached capacity limits. The company grew increasingly in this area. The large machines - trucks and excavators - once again required more space. The move to Unterrauhen solved these space problems for the time being.

The areas of haulage and dredging became the pillars of the company in the 1980s. The incipient disposal problems opened up a new market at the same time: waste disposal. In 1990 we took this development into account by purchasing container vehicles.

In 2014 we celebrated the 50th anniversary of our company. This is currently managed by Helmut, Michael and Claudia Heydt. We have around 30 employees.
