Burger Recycling has developed from a small family business into a certified waste management company that is now present in southern Germany and beyond.

The increasing demands on environmental protection and the constantly changing political, legal and market-based framework conditions constantly pose new challenges for us.

We currently employ 11 employees and 3 part-time employees who face these tasks with professional competence, reliability and a friendly demeanor. Our company property has meanwhile grown to over 10,000 square meters.

In the relationship with our customers, we value a partnership and trusting cooperation. We want the best result for you and for the environment.

History

More than 50 years ago, Leopold Burger senior was already out and about with a mobile scrap dealer and laid the foundation stone for our family business in Aulendorf.

In 1990 he and his two sons Leopold Burger junior and Josef Burger (†) founded the company Burger Recycling GbR at Hasengärtlestrasse 52 in the industrial area “Sandäcker”.

In 1999, Burger Recycling GmbH was founded. Burger Recycling GbR has been the owner company ever since.

In 2006, Leopold Burger senior handed over his business shares to his grandson Leopold-Otto Burger. Thus, the family business is already in the 3rd generation.

Nicole-Ramona Mattheiß joined the management team in 2017.
