History

1921

Alfred Teichmann founds a coal trade on Johannesstrasse in Coswig.

1938 

The son of the company founder Willy Teichmann takes over the company and continues to expand the trade in coal, waste paper, scrap and non-ferrous metal. Bottles and glasses were added in the 1960s. The Soviet occupation zone and later GDR remains dependent on raw material imports and the processing of existing resources.

Alfred Teichmann's grandson Egon takes over the company and leads it into the market economy in 1990.

 1992

Teichmann Recycling OHG 1992 The dual system is introduced in Coswig. The sustained upswing in the construction industry leads to an increased development of the container service and delivery service.

Three special vehicles for skip and roll-off containers are purchased.

1993

The Johannesstrasse location is bursting at the seams - the company moves to the 5,000 m² site in Coswig, Industriestrasse 23.

The great-grandchildren Steffen and Frank Teichmann join the company and continue the business as a general partnership.

1999

In October, the fifth generation joins the accounting department with Frank Teichmann's daughter Nicole.

2000

In order to further increase the company's capacity, a new truck for skip containers will be purchased in March.

 2010 

With the purchase of the neighboring property, the area is enlarged and the offer is expanded by the construction of boxes for building materials.

The vehicle fleet is expanded by a Fuso Canter skip loader.
