Our company history

Reinhard Decker comes from a transport, earthworks and demolition company founded in 1955.

From an early age he was familiar with the practice and technology of the industry. The apprenticeship as a truck mechanic already set the course. In the in-house truck workshop, he gained valuable experience that customers now benefit from.

In 2004 the decision was made to build containers ourselves. The foundation stone for today's Decker-Containerbau GmbH & Co KG was thus laid.

The production of stable and elaborately built containers made itself felt in the recycling and demolition industry located in the area. Halfpipe troughs for granite works and large-capacity heavy scrap containers are part of the daily orders, but weight-reduced 'flyweights' for the optimal payload are also produced.

In addition, specially developed containers for the drying of wood chips and grain, for the then new biogas industry from Managing Director Reinhard Decker northernmost corner from Germany to neighboring Austria and Switzerland.

Increasingly larger hook container trailers for agriculture put practical experience to the test again. Success was not long in coming here either. Today, roll-off silage troughs are built up to 9000 mm in length with over 50 m³ loading volume. Mobile field edge containers complete the range.

In addition, special containers for the Rote Kreus, the fire brigade, as well as office, laboratory and sanitary container systems for industry are manufactured.
