HAUSMANN THINKS NEW.

HAUSMANN THINKS NEW. We define ourselves as a solution provider for ecological and economic sustainability and are committed to implementing these goals.

People with vision, passion and a sense of responsibility provide services - demolition, dismantling, gutting, pollutant remediation, sorting and recycling of waste, concrete and building rubble recycling, container service - in which ecological and economic sustainability is now in the foreground: demolition, dismantling, disposal and recycling concepts and solutions that are innovative, efficient, environmentally friendly, durable and affordable.

We want to conserve the valuable raw material deposits in our natural environment and save valuable landfill space.

SUSTAINABILITY

For HAUSMANN, the concept of sustainability is the model for economic and ecological action.

The earth's natural resources and the capacity to absorb pollutants are limited. Sustainable use aims to use finite resources responsibly for present and future generations. The core elements are the ecological limits of economic activity.

HAUSMANN therefore understands sustainability as a form of ecological and economic action that is intended to ensure comparable or better living conditions for present and future generations by finding the necessary resources carefully and protecting them accordingly.

PLANNING & ANALYSIS

Due to the high disposal costs for polluted waste, the question of the most economical dismantling method also arises from an economic point of view.

Particularly in the case of polluted buildings, it can be seen that the planned and controlled demolition can minimize the total costs. In addition, the legal obligations to separate waste and the increasing landfill costs do not allow any other approach. Instead of conventional demolition, qualified building dismantling is required by law.

In order to meet the diverse requirements of the Recycling and Waste Management Act, qualified sampling, exact planning and legally compliant disposal of construction waste must be included in the planning prior to dismantling. This means that dismantling is to be planned like a new building today. The various building materials must be recorded and assigned to suitable demolition methods. Pollutants and waste fractions must be separated. Possible disposal routes are to be determined. To do this, the building must be examined intensively for pollutants in advance. Experience has shown that adequate planning security for all subsequent procedural steps is only given by taking a qualified sample on the basis of a well-founded exploration concept. Cost estimates and dismantling concepts,

Our detailed planning and analysis of your disposal project may seem unusually intensive. But sustainable solutions need a solid foundation: We build on care and accuracy. And save you nerves, time and money.

DEMOLITION, DISMANTLING, GUTTING

In the past, buildings were simply demolished or gutted. Just as they were left behind after their last use. The many different building materials and building materials were not separated, and possible impurities were not removed separately. All demolition or gutting material ended up in a landfill as mixed waste.

The legal obligation to separate waste and the increasing landfill costs no longer permit such an approach. Instead of conventional demolition or gutting, qualified building dismantling is required by law.

We define demolition, dismantling and gutting as controlled, punctual dismantling and the complete or partial removal as well as the legally compliant disposal of structural and civil engineering of all kinds. In close cooperation with experts and appraisers, economic solutions for your building project are developed and ecological in the sense of sustainability implemented.

Sorting, Recycling

Recycling of hazardous waste is possible and useful. It is important to us to use the potential substances contained in the hazardous waste for the economic cycle without endangering the environment. This requires specialist knowledge and the latest technologies.

Sophisticated processing techniques are available for the recycling of hazardous waste. These ensure that the pollutants are safely separated from the hazardous waste and destroyed so that high-quality recyclable materials can be recovered for further use.

We ensure that the potential substances contained in the hazardous waste are preserved as far as possible. But there are residues that can no longer be returned to the economic cycle. Proper and harmless disposal must take place here. This is mostly done in hazardous waste incineration plants or on special landfills. When it comes to disposal, it is crucial that these substances no longer pose any risk to people or the environment.

POLLUTANT REMEDIATION

We cover the entire spectrum of the renovation of building pollutants. All renovation work is carried out in strict compliance with the technical guidelines for handling hazardous substances in accordance with the requirements of the employers' liability insurance association and the trade supervisory office.

Remediation of building pollutants:
