Steinel Recycling GmbH has been operating a recycling plant for scrap metal, construction waste and scrap wood on the site of the former Breitenholz train station for many years. The company was founded in 1938 and is now in the third generation. The company headquarters was relocated within Ammerbuch from Reusten to the Breitenholz train station on 01/01/1986. As a regional partner for craft and business, we are active as recyclers and re-users.

In addition to certification in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001, the company is certified and approved as a waste disposal company and as a scrap vehicle acceptance and recycling company, as well as an initial treatment system for household electrical appliances in accordance with ElektroG.

OUR CUSTOMERS.

In addition to craftsmen, the manufacturing industry, construction and demolition companies, car dealerships and municipalities, this also includes private customers and customers from the surrounding districts and neighboring federal states. Companies in France, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg and Switzerland are also part of our customer base. In these countries, the processed metals are recycled in steelworks and shredder plants and fed back into the cycle. Other materials are supplied to bio-thermal power stations, waste incineration plants and other processing plants.
