Sauer BAU and Projektentwicklung GmbH is a modern, competent full-service company in the areas of demolition, remediation of pollutants (especially asbestos), disposal, recycling, earthworks and utilization of land for new buildings and project development. We support investors in the acquisition and revitalization of existing buildings and properties with contaminated sites, with cost-effective assessments and innovative solutions.

We have highly qualified employees , a modern fleet of machines and vehicles and decades of experience in major projects.

Sauer Bau und Projektentwicklung GmbH, founded in Starnberg in 2014, has had its headquarters in beautiful Unterhaching since the beginning of 2020. The new location near the Bavarian capital Munich is easy to reach from anywhere.

We rely on a team of 65 highly qualified employees. Our machine and vehicle fleet is technically up to date and consists of top devices from well-known manufacturers. All devices comply at least with the TIER 4i or Euro 6 emissions standard.
