Gann has been family owned and operated since 1970.  We have grown from our humble beginnings to become a leader in our Georgia Area.  Our mission is to provide quality service to our customers.  We have expanded our commodity basis to fit the growing world market.

In 1970, the business was started with a will of determination and a pickup.  It grew to being the leading car crushing outfit serving Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina.  In the mid 1990s, our first auto shredder was installed.  Today we operate a Harris 60x90 auto shredder with full non ferrous recovery downstream.  5 years ago we added exporting southern yellow pine to our services.  This year we also installed our own Baker Bandsaw to accompany the export business.
