Our company history

1951

Foundation of the company in Neustadt am Rübenberge by Paul Schulz senior.

1960

Takeover of the Neumann company (paper and scrap trade) in Nienburg, at Fabrikstrasse 7-9.

1978

Relocation of the Nienburg company (due to the construction of a bypass road) to Immenweg 39.

At this point in time, the first containers and trucks for the container service area are purchased.

1985

The company's founder, Paul Schulz senior, dies. The companies in Neustadt and Nienburg are divided into independent companies. The Nienburg plant is taken over by the son Paul Schulz junior. His son Klaus- Dieter Schulz (the current owner) is already active in the company at this point . Klaus-Dieter Schulz is now offering his customers the collection and disposal of old cars. This creates a third business area.

1986

Death of the company's successor Paul Schulz jun .. The son of the successor, Klaus-Dieter Schulz, takes over the management and extends the activity of the company on the dismantling and gravel pits and demolition work of all kinds.

1989

The new building of a hall with office space and workshop area is completed.

1990

Business expansion through the acquisition of a Nienburg container service. Four commercial and two administrative employees will be integrated into the Paul Schulz OHG.

The waste glass collection area of ​​the newly acquired company will be continued and expanded in the following year through contracts with DSD (Duales System Deutschland). The provision of 1,500 glass containers and the collection with the special vehicles purchased for them take place in the districts of Nienburg, Hanover, Holzminden, Northeim and Bad Driburg / Steinheim.

In the container service division alone, around 500 containers in a wide variety of designs are now available to customers. In the private and commercial sector we dispose of:

1995

The area of ​​car recycling is expanded. The latest disposal devices and units are available to guarantee proper and professional body disposal .

Adam Open AG and Ford-Werke are certified as competent partners for recycling these brands.

03-1996

Start of construction of a 1200 sqm hall for sorting recyclables.

09-1996

Completion of the building work. The required sorting machines are set up for test runs.
