1974

Foundation of the ATECH company 

1976

Foundation of the company SOBAGI

1995

Merger of the companies ATECH and SOBAGI. REVATECH operates its physicochemical activities through two factories, located respectively on Ile Monsin and Engis. 

2000

Acquisition of the companies WOS Hautrage, Genk, RD Houthalen and Lesage, all active in the treatment of hydrocarbonaceous waste streams and the creation of Revatech's hydrocarbons branch.

Acquisition of AVA Antwerp that joins the physico-chemical branch of Revatech and is renamed Revatech Antwerp.

SUEZ and SRIW will become equal shareholders of Revatech.

2015

Sales of all companies of the hydrocarbons branch.

2016

Merger by absorption with the company Revatech Antwerp.
