Frank-J. Reichel, born in 1957, has been in the demolition industry for over 40 years. He gained his experience from scratch in a company specializing in demolition, restoration and recycling. Continuous further training (construction technician, company representative for waste, specialist for occupational safety and employee management as well as special driving licenses for special vehicles and construction machines) followed during this time. His employer quickly realized what potential he had.

Reichel acted nationwide as the manager of major construction sites, took care of the logistics and especially the employees. The team around Frank Reichel lives his company philosophy, knowing full well that he knows what he is talking about. Since 2002 he has been self-employed in Rheda-Wiedenbrück, Westphalia, with over 20 employees.
