This guarantees environmentally friendly and inexpensive recycling and disposal.

You generate hazardous waste (paint, tar, solvents, chemicals, etc.) that can be disposed of in our interim storage facility . Special collection vehicles and the hazardous substance mobile ensure safe transport.

Uwe S&R Introduces Itself

UWE Sondermüll & Recycling GmbH was founded in 1992 as an independent subsidiary of UWE GmbH & Co KG with the aim of expanding business activities to include disposal tasks in the field of hazardous waste.

The catchment area of the disposal systems of UWE Sondermüll & Recycling GmbH is in particular in the federal states of Saxony, Thuringia and Saxony-Anhalt. In addition, hazardous waste was accepted nationwide; there are also contracts with companies that are responsible for the federal states with tendering and leasing obligations.

• On its premises, UWE Sondermüll & Recycling GmbH operates an interim storage facility for hazardous waste ('special waste') and a chemical / physical treatment plant for industrial wastewater with inorganic wastewater constituents from the areas of origin of electroplating, surface treatment and the chemical industry in two disposal plants approved in accordance with the Federal Immission Control Act.

• The interim storage facility is approved as a facility for preparatory treatment.

• In the chemical / physical treatment plant, wastewater containing heavy metals (including chromate) and other toxic substances is detoxified.

• Since December 2nd, 1997 our company has been certified as a waste management company according to § 2 EfbV. This shows that we guarantee our customers environmentally friendly and legally compliant disposal services.
