HISTORY OF BREE SOLUTIONS 

De Bree Solutions was founded in the 1970s as a small family business. Ten years later the company was renamed Cleaning De Bree. Originally, the then family business mainly emptied septic tanks and focused on waste collection . Over the years we have expanded our activities and De Bree Solutions is now active in industrial cleaning , green processing , soil cleaning ,  soil remediation ,  waste management ,  water purification and sewer renovation and we have our own permanent storage facility and temporary storage facilities for soil surpluses ( DOPand TOPs ). You can also contact us for urgent interventions in the event of environmental incidents. 

From the year 2000, De Bree Solutions has grown strongly. Due to changes in environmental legislation and at the request of management, we invested in new recycling technologies. For example, we built a soil treatment center and a water purification plant on our site in Maldegem and opened no fewer than three new branches: in Ostend, in Eke and in Schoondijke (NL). At our sites, we process large amounts of waste into useful raw materials, among other things. A few years ago, De Bree Solutions also founded a sister company in France under the name De Brée Environnement SARL.

In 2012, we installed a concrete plant under the name Breeton nv at our site in Maldegem , where we produce dry concrete products and poured concrete from reclaimed sand and rubble. In the same year, we also built a definitive storage facility, under the name DOP Kortemark nv , to store unpolluted soil surpluses. We also invested again in more modern techniques. For example, we renewed the steps of biological and physico-chemical water purification in our water purification plant. This allows us to better purify wastewater and liquid sludge that are more difficult to process. We reuse the recycled water in all our cleaning processes.

In 2005 Cleaning De Bree changed its name to De Bree Solutions. Due to the increase in our activities, the word 'cleaning' no longer covered the meaning. The term 'solutions' refers to the solutions that we offer the customer and they are, as described above, quite extensive.
