Types of waste

1975

The company was founded as 'Posniak Containerdienst KG' with one truck and 20 containers by Peter Posniak in Salzgitter and continuously expanded.

1997

Certification as an EFB waste management company (one of the first certified companies).

2007

Transfer of the entire operational business of 'Posniak Containerdienst KG' to 'Posniak Recycling GmbH' with continuation of the existing business activities in the waste disposal / container service / transport area and development of raw materials trading (scrap and metal). At the same time, due to the “scrap and metal trading” business expansion, the entire company moved to an 18,000 square meter BImSch-approved recycling center in Salzgitter-Heerte with electronic truck scales and storage boxes and a hall.

2014

Start of the close cooperation with the newly founded company Posniak Sanierung GmbH & Co. KG in order to be able to offer demolition and dismantling work as well as pollutant remediation .

2017

Today more than 30 employees in the areas of container service, scrap & metal trade as well as external waste disposal services.
