Regional Sorting Center West bv

Spirit level 100 , The Hague, Zuid-Holland, Netherlands | Wood Recycling

Regional Sorting Center West was founded in April 1994, but has a long history. The company originated from the ECO Cooperative Association, which was founded in 1953 immediately after the flood disaster to coordinate transports to and from the disaster area in Zeeland.

The history of RSW tells us that it was started in 1994 on a small site of 3000 m2 where sorting was done manually.

After the construction of a sorting hall and a debris crushing hall in 1998, the site of the sorting facility covers some 15,000 m2 and is completely surrounded by stacked Lego concrete blocks.

In addition to the sorting company and rubble crusher, other activities include: composting, soil bank and biomass reprocessing.

RSW currently processes some 150,000 tons of waste annually into raw material and is a supplier of primary and secondary building materials.

Every year we respond to significant growth of a dynamic company in an ever-changing market in which we can make a significant contribution to saving energy and CO2 emissions with our knowledge and services.
