Our story

We don't like waste at GrainPlastics; the products that cannot be sold are recycled and reused as raw material for our systems.

We also strive to work as efficiently as possible and try to sponsor our products for creative and sustainable initiatives.

We like to support innovative projects and continue to push our own boundaries. We exist because we have found a way to turn recycled materials into a premium quality product and have become known for our quality standards and our fast and efficient service.

Our strength

GrainPlastics is active in the Netherlands and the EU. A large capacity - in storage and production - ensures that we can respond flexibly to a dynamic market.

Customer-specific wishes are also fairly standard for us, we find the further development of standard applications a welcome challenge.

Manufacturing process

Our production process mainly consists of extrusion and injection molding. In extrusion, raw material is heated to melting temperature and converted into a tube.

During injection molding, the molten raw material is fed under high pressure into a mold block to cool down to, for example, an accessory.
