Founded in 1950 by Leni Schulze as a scrap, metal and cleaning rag trade in Wildeshausen

1953: Company expansion and move to a larger area with a company building.

1961: Paul Meyer senior joins the company. into operation. ​

1980: Relocation of the company to its current location at Düngstruper Str. 77 in Wildeshausen with newly built storage and production facilities. ​

1995: Foundation of Wil-Ro GmbH with the managing directors Paul Meyer jun. and Klaus Büsing ​

1997: Acquisition of a scrap shear with its own generator set for the production of scrap types for steelworks, iron foundries and to increase productivity. ​

2003: Purchase of another plot of land for storage and floor space. ​

2012: Today we have a modern fleet of vehicles and machines. Wil-Ro GmbH is a member of the BDSV
