You can also leave the transport to us. We coordinate the collection time of your used hardware when you are going to replace the equipment, so that you do not have to arrange interim storage and your production is not disrupted.

You request a quote by sending us an overview of the hardware you want to sell. To be able to make a good estimate, it is important that you provide the correct specifications, so make convenient use of our inventory form . As soon as we have received your request, we will send you a suitable offer. You can expect us to always offer you a good and fair price.

Transport

We also take care of the transport of your hardware. We will make an appointment with you when the offered IT equipment can be collected. If desired, we can coordinate this moment with your replacement process, so that you save storage costs and loss of production capacity is minimized.

Certified data destruction

As soon as the hardware reaches our warehouse, we separate the equipment between information-carrying equipment, such as hard drives, USB sticks, servers and memory cards, and non-information-carrying hardware such as mice and keyboards. The hardware that contains company data is cleaned in a professional manner. We use software from blancco , the world's leading supplier of data erasure technology .

If you choose to have your data professionally deleted, which we always recommend, you will receive a certificate and a data deletion report to confirm this. This secure report contains an overview of the certified deleted data and, together with the certificate, constitutes the proof that your data has been deleted in accordance with legal requirements and EU data protection regulations.
