Recycling Network Benelux (RNB)

Recycling Network Benelux (RNB) is an independent environmental organization that connects various environmental organizations around the theme of raw materials and their impact. Our goal is to minimize the environmental damage caused from raw material production to waste management. That is why our Network also wants: more and better recycling.

We focus mainly on materials and products used in households and on the packaging and other household waste that they cause. We pay special attention to waste prevention, effective waste collection (such as with a deposit) and high-quality recycling.

Our challenge is to defend the interests of the environment and the citizen by ensuring that politics is based on reliable research and not on the multimillion-dollar lobby of the most dominant companies. On behalf of the environmental movement, we therefore address both the government and companies about their actions and their responsibilities. We are working on obtaining correct information and knowledge to make it available to politicians, administrators, managers and journalists. And we support initiatives and unite people and organizations who, like us, feel involved in good care for waste and raw materials.
