We are proud of our processes

Bas van den Ende Kunststof Recycling has explicitly chosen to specialize in mechanical and optical recycling. We only process hard plastics such as residual products from horticulture, waste containers, crates, pots, etc. The raw materials are often purchased in bales and stored on our own site. In order to separate the waste even better, we sort the raw materials manually if necessary. Subsequently, the raw materials are ground for the first time in our outdoor area with the shredder. We process the emerging scraps on one of our lines, where they are washed, separated by floating and sinking methods and ground for the second time. The end product is high-quality dried regrind for the manufacturing industry, which uses our products for new plastic products.
