History

Metaalrecycling Hoofddorp BV originated from the company GROVOM BV GROVOM BV is a demolition and clearing of fire damage company that was founded in 1985 by the brothers Piet and Kees van Groningen.

In 2005 Piet's son Dennis started working for the company. He soon became more interested in buying and selling metals rather than in demolition work. Dennis has therefore started to expand the purchase of metals and has started his own company on 01-01-2015, Metaalrecycling Hoofddorp BV

Two separate BVs, but there is close cooperation between both companies. GROVOM BV and Metaalrecycling Hoofddorp BV work in the same field and the staff is also deployed for both companies.
