Umincorp was established in 2012 to develop and market its new, unique and patented Magnetic Density Separation (MDS) technology. The MDS and the Umincorp plant concept are available to the market through direct purchase or partnerships in targeted markets.
Background
The Magnetic Density Separation (MDS) technology was originally invented by the Resources and Recycling Group of Delft University of Technology. From the early idea in 2005, the research group lead by professor Peter Rem has contributed successfully to its further development. The MDS technology has been brought to industrial performance levels by Umincorp.
Umincorp holds the patents on all crucial aspects of the MDS technology and offers MDS installations for a wide range of applications. Umincorp has a R&D program to optimize processes for fine material separation in cooperation with various knowledge institutes.
