Tintagel skip Hire / G Climo & Sons is a family run business with family values running through the Company from Director to Operator, focusing heavily on service, image and customer commitment. Innovation is key to the business with a quality professional ‘silver service’ that is second to none. We are a reliable, service orientated company with a passion for providing unique solutions across many different industries for all hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams. Our services include Skip Hire and various Waste Management solutions from general mixed municipal waste to working along side asbestos disposal teams. We pride ourselves on our customer service, and hope our ever-increasing list of returning customers agrees. We understand the importance of punctuality, particularly for commercial and industrial clients, and we always ensure we are there to deliver or collect your skip on time.

Development

Through our experience of working in the construction industry it quickly became apparent that if we wanted to run more efficiently WE needed an efficient recycling centre and skip business. The answer was to create our own, although it soon got to the point where other companies were asking us to offer a service for them. We knew needed to cater for our clients’ needs which included the importance of minimising the costs of waste transfer and disposal We now run 5 lorries, smaller refuse collection vehicles and even out own bin lorry ! Our recycling centre at Delabole allows us to sort all incoming materials and our excellent team help us to deal with everything from construction materials to holiday home and industrial waste. We have built up a list of contacts throughout the construction, haulage, demolition, and agricultural sectors which allows us to recycle much of the waste we deal with. We are fully licensed to carry, receive and process all types of waste and everything we process is hand sorted and recycled.

History

G Climo & Sons Builders contractors and Plant hire has been operational since 1907 (110 years old!) and Tintagel Skip hire has been trading well over 40 years! Our customers know they can count on us for high quality services, unwavering reliability and above all else, expert advice on the right type of waste management for them.
