Our service includes packing and delivering saleable items to the auction house and/or to a family member locally or nationally.

We take care of the clearance and recycling of the unwanted and unsaleable items, we then clean, sweep and hoover the property once complete. A full professional service, carried out by trained and caring staff who want to make this emotional experience less stressful.

Domestic – We can offer a service of completely clearing a property from all large furniture items, box all the small items, pull up carpets and underlay and then sweep the floors. If you only require a part clearance then this is no problem either, simply explain your requirements and we will follow them. We can also offer a small declutter service, which includes collecting and recycling individual items, boxing up the smalls and anything else you need disposing of.

Bereavement – If you have lost a loved one and don’t know what to do about their possessions, then we can help. We can come and pack all ornaments and crockery, remove all the large items and aim to sell them at auction on your behalf. You will keep 100% of the proceeds, minus the auction house fee.

Office clearance – we offer an excellent paper shredding service. We will look after the sensitive document part of the clearance and then we can easily clear and recycle all office furniture, electrical equipment and general office waste.

Trade clearance – Our wait & load service is perfect for the trades sector. Our van and porters will arrive, load all items which you have ripped out and then take them away for recycling. This service is perfect for bad access properties and city centre locations, where a skip is not possible. Our wheelie bin service works great for the trade sector.

Fly Tipping – We also offer a complete fly tipping waste management service, whether it’s a sofa and mattress to collect or it requires specialist equipment such as a JCB and a dump truck to move the waste
