Coppermill Ltd are manufacturers and suppliers of eco-friendly industrial cleaning rags, providing industries with a range of manufactured cleaning rags, wipers and cloths from 100% recycled material.

The Company was established in 1920 by Mr Ian Ratzker and has remained a family-run business ever since. Now 100 years on, Ian's son Stephen and Grandson Marc are carrying on the Rag Merchant trade on the very same street that it was established in Bethnal Green, East London.

Coppermill Ltd have proudly held the Royal Warrant to supply cleaning wipers to HRH Queen Elizabeth II since 1984.

Our aim to reduce solid waste by reclaiming, converting, and recycling textiles. We are achieving this through our green manufacturing processes and by using biodegradable packaging, thereby reducing waste and minimising landfill usage. We are a ‘green’ company aiming for a zero-carbon footprint.

Our rags and wipers are manufactured in house, and we take pride in our ability to offer our customers tailored solutions along with competitive prices and fast delivery to match!
