House & Rubbish Clearance. Started by Barry Hunt in 2010 we offer a great range of house clearance, waste collection and recycling services. Most importantly we’re fully licensed by the Environment Agency.

We’re a family run business aiming to offer the best house and rubbish clearance in Kent. We travel throughout the county and regularly visit Canterbury, Sittingbourne, Thanet, Ashford, Folkestone, Tonbridge, Rochester and surrounding areas.

We aim to recycle whenever possible saving money for you and reducing the impact on the environment. Anything that can’t be recycled is taken to a Waste Transfer Station and carefully sorted to reduce the amount of rubbish going to landfills.

Why do we use vans and not skips?

Small and lighter than a skip lorry.

No permit required.

Only charged for the space you fill.

No unsightly skip on your property.

Cheaper than a skip. We do all the loading!

You’re legally responsible for your waste! Don’t get caught out and face a fine.

The waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011 state that as a producer of the waste YOU are legally responsible for the manner of its disposal.

House & Rubbish Clearance, are recognised and licensed by the environment Agency as being able to discharge this duty of care on your behalf. Unfortunately there are cowboys out there that will take your money and fly tip your rubbish, exposing YOU to risk of prosecution.
