We are a fully insured and licensed house clearance business, who specialise in the clearance and removal of all unwanted goods to all types of properties, providing a complete service to both residential and commercial customers. 

We are more than happy to help sort items which are of sentimental or valuable from the waste, and assist you to put them to one side.

We are based in Wednesbury, and provide a professional service within multiple areas within the West Midlands, including but not limited to Walsall, Bilston, Birmingham, Dudley, Willenhall, West Bromwich, Tipton and Wolverhampton. 

We clear items such as:

• Carpets and underlay.
• Household furniture - settees, beds, wardrobes, bathroom items etc.
• Dismantle and disposal of sheds.
• Trees, soil and green waste.
• Removal of stair lifts (subject to conditions).

If it's possible please keep the items you require to be cleared either indoors or covered, due to when it rains, the moisture is absorbed into the items - increasing the weight. Keeping the items covered means we are able to give you a cheaper quote, as when we dispose of items we are charged on weight, the wetter the item - the heavier!
