Since 1955, Bonnell Aluminum has been one of North-America's leading manufacturers of custom aluminum extrusions. We are headquartered in Newnan, Georgia. Our manufacturing operations are located in Carthage, Tennessee, Niles, Michigan, Elkhart, Indiana, as well as in Newnan, Georgia.

Capabilities at a Glance

• Extrusion presses ranging from 1,650-ton to 5,500-ton, up to 16' in circle size
• Fabrication services including precision cut-back, CNC machining, piercing, sanding, deburring, and bending
• Soft and medium strength alloys
• Anodizing including Class I and II clear, two-step electrolytic and bright dip
• Paint including standard and high-performance coatings
• Thermal assemblies (Azo-Braded® fill and de-bridge, and polyamide thermal barrier)
• Remelt centers
