2007 saw the launch of Green Plan-it Limited. The original business proposition aimed at providing UK businesses and organisations of any size with a robust, secure yet cost effective solution for the disposal of confidential waste. At that time, personal and business identity theft was growing in the UK at an alarming rate; today identity theft is one the fastest growing crimes in the world which now makes us all more aware of the risks when disclosing, sharing and disposing of our confidential or sensitive information.

Green Plan-it helps its clients eradicate their risks of an information security breach by creating and implementing bespoke systems / solutions that manage the storage and disposal of confidential waste generated within the business premises. We understand all business operations are not the same which is why we offer an extensive variety of containers / solutions to meet each of our clients’ needs.

In 2010 we extended our service portfolio to include our Total Waste Management solution, this new and additional offering was launched due to a recurring demand from our existing clients to manage all of their waste streams, to effectively create a cost / time effective ‘One Stop Shop’ for them. The Total Waste Management service ‘extension’ has proved a real success, as this, coupled with our fanatical levels of customer service and ‘can do’ attitude helps us to achieve a customer retention rate of well over 97%.
