Stark GmbH

The company of the brothers Gottfried and Reinhard Stark from Irnfritz developed from a waste disposal company to a secondary raw material supplier in just a few years and is today a hub in the Waldviertel in this area.

In the spring of 1997, Gottfried and Reinhard Stark began building the new plant in Irnfritz, directly on the Franz-Josefs-Bahn.

Stark GmbH and its range of services grew from year to year. In the meantime, in addition to waste disposal and scrap and metal trading, the range also includes a container service for commercial and private customers as well as the rental of mobile sanitary facilities under the PIPIBOX brand .

A department of our company has specialized in the dismantling and dismantling of plants and buildings.

An extensive modern fleet of vehicles and machines is available for versatile transport logistics. Over 800 containers and troughs and a large number of small and special containers are in use in order to be able to offer the right solution. In our company in the Waldviertel recycling park, around 30,000 m² of waste and recyclable materials are sorted, processed and temporarily stored for further treatment. Thanks to its own siding, a lot of waste is handled in an environmentally friendly way by rail.

Since July 2001, Stark GmbH has been a partner and shareholder of the Austria-wide waste disposal cooperation ABCO GmbH, a company consisting of 12 waste disposal companies for carrying out nationwide orders.

In 2007, Stark also gained a foothold in municipal waste disposal and founded a branch in Waidhofen / Thaya. Sauber + stark GmbH was founded with Saubermacher, which looks after 12 waste collection centers in the district for the Waidhofen / Thaya association and carries out a mobile bulky waste collection. The company in Waidhofen is also operated as a regional collection point for private individuals and companies.

The group of companies includes other companies: an iron store and a heat supply company.

ROCK AM SCHROTT has also become famous. This rock festival was first launched in 2005 by the Stark brothers, as a junkyard is the ultimate location for metal and rock music and there is no other event of this kind.
