History

Herz has been doing business successfully in the region for almost six decades. The small company from the post-war era has developed into an economically stable, independent family company with over 150 employees.

1949
Foundation of a transport company in Wehlmäusel / Lotterhof. Distribution of sand from our own pits with wood gas trucks.
Earthworks with the first cable and hydraulic excavators in the area.

1963
Relocation to Feuchtwangen, Rothenburger Strasse. Construction of a company with office and apartment, workshop and warehouse.
Transport and trade in building materials. Admission of local and long-distance traffic.

1982
Purchase of the area on Esbacher Weg in Feuchtwangen. Change of name to GmbH. Friedrich Herz, son of the founder, joins the company management.

1983
Expansion to include container service and household waste collection in the Ansbach district.

1992
contract partner Duales System Deutschland. Collection of paper bins and yellow bags in the Ansbach district.
Construction of a sorting plant for the separation of recyclables.
