Rüsing Kunststoffe GmbH is a medium-sized family company based in Rüthen in South Westphalia. With over 30 years of experience, we are a reliable partner to the plastics industry. Our main focus is on contract processing and disposal of plastic waste as well as trading in all thermoplastic materials. In these areas we can look back on long-term business relationships with well-known customers and suppliers to whom we supply regionally, throughout Germany and internationally.

Waste disposal company

As a certified waste disposal company, we meet all the requirements of the Waste Management Companies Ordinance (EfbV). The certified activities include, in particular, the collection, transport, storage, treatment and recycling of plastic waste. We hereby confirm to our customers and suppliers that we act transparently and in accordance with the approval as well as reliability and legal certainty in disposal.

Production & warehouse

The new location we moved into in 2009 in Rüthen has a storage and production area of ​​10,000 square meters. 20 committed employees work there with modern machinery, consisting of 8 cutting grinding systems, a large shredder and a fine grinding system. The well thought-out and purpose-oriented structure of the systems not only guarantees a consistently high product quality but also fast order processing.

Both production and storage halls as well as the open and covered outdoor area are networked by a holistic logistics concept. This enables us to optimally handle a large number of different materials in different containers.

We have our own fleet of 16 to and 12 to trucks with tandem trailers. We have also been working with reliable freight forwarders for many years. In connection with a large number of different roll-off containers, lattice boxes and long frames, we can offer our customers the best possible disposal logistics. Be it in the area of ​​the disposal of production rejects, contract processing or delivery of granules. We guarantee collection or delivery within 24-48 hours.

solar power

With our solar system, we generate a significant part of the energy required for production ourselves. This makes our company more independent in terms of energy supply. By the end of 2019, over 300 tons of CO2 emissions had already been saved. We make an active contribution to protecting our environment.
