KG is your competent partner for tailor-made product solutions for plastics for industrial processing. From the selection of raw materials tailored to your requirements , the procurement and processing of raw materials ( compounding , dry blending ) to technical support for processing on your machines, you get solutions from one source .

We also operate our own recycling plant , especially for processing small lot sizes and recycling specialty polymers. In this way, we help to improve your environmental balance and reduce raw material costs . Our own analysis enables us to analyze and classify plastics.

Malz polytec GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 2008 as chemical technical advice for the plastics sector. The trading of raw materials and semi-finished products was quickly added as another mainstay of the entrepreneurial activity. After moving to the premises at Thüringer Strasse 4 in Diepholz in 2009, we gradually built up our own production capacities for compounding, dry blending and plastic recycling.

Today we are a special  supplier for special plastics in small to medium quantities from 1000kg.

We support you with a wide range of questions in polymer chemistry, supply you with raw materials and help with recycling and reprocessing your valuable materials.

Doctorate in plastics chemistry, with over 15 years of experience in the manufacture, processing and modification of polyolefins, polyurethanes and polymer blends:

• Special knowledge in the field of UV and heat stabilization of plastics
• Selection of the recipe components (including the selection of suppliers)
• Designing the manufacturing processes (e.g. designing screw configurations)
