OFRU Recycling develops, produces and sells systems for the reprocessing of contaminated flammable solvents or cleaning agents. In addition, washing systems for the printing industry are also sold.

The today internationally active company was founded in 1978 from the American corporation Ransburg Corporation, today better known under the name ITW Ransburg.

OFRU Recycling mens abbreviated ' Oberflächentechnik Ru ssau'. In the 1970s OFRU not only developed one of the first vacuum evaporators but was also instrumental in making the well-known distillation technology for flammable liquids known on the German market.

The family-owned company has long been based in Babenhausen and since May 2015 has had its new headquarters in Alzenau, in the north of Bavaria, on the edge of the Rhine-Main region.

We employ several chemical and process engineers in Alzenau, some of whom have a doctorate in designing your solvent recovery plant.

Worldwide sales and service With an export share of about 80% we have been fully focused on export for decades. We are an approved exporter and very strong in international sales. OFRU as an international brand is known worldwide. Our employees in Alzenau speak not only English, but also fluent Russian, Spanish, Arabic and French. We also provide rapid support in emergencies.
