Initially Renes traded in cardboard boxes, but soon the collection of paper and cardboard was added.

Renes BV is an authentic Rotterdam family business, founded by father Freek in 1953. Piet Renes, Erik Renes and Willem Renes have ensured that Renes has grown into a modern, innovative recycling company. Piet Renes retired early in 2009, with the leadership now in the hands of Willem Renes and Erik Renes. Renes was even nominated for the Rotterdam Entrepreneur Award. Our specialty is the collection and processing of paper, cardboard, plastic and fresh produce. But waste is so much more than that! That is why we now also focus on archive destruction, data cleaning and archive storage. Our field may have expanded considerably in recent decades, but our quality, service and reliability have remained unchanged. Just like our Rotterdam character: sober, with rolled up sleeves and the right mentality to take all the waste care off your hands. With innovative and efficient solutions, tailored to the specific situation of the customer.
