The company founded by Herbert Mayer in 1983 initially dealt with the production of semi-finished products from UHMW-PE using the RAM extrusion process. At the same time, the processing of pure plastic production committees in injection molding and extrusion quality was also carried out.

After the abandonment of RAM extrusion and due to their own need for tools and the wear of screws and cylinders, the production of screws, cylinders and machine components as well as the compounding of plastics was continuously expanded to form efficient, customer- and future-oriented business areas.

We manufacture compounds, granules, regranulates, regrinds of various thermoplastic materials for use in injection molding and extrusion.

We manufacture screws, grooved bushes and cylinders of the highest quality and in a wide range. Many years of experience and a competent production park guarantee individual solutions for all injection molding machines and extruders.
