A Goldsboro, NC locally owned disabled veteran small business was founded on May 5, 1985 by Jesse Roebuck. Mike Roebuck entered in the business after accomplishing his tour in the United States Navy. This machine shop is known throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia as the small shop that accomplishes enormous tasks.

Their never say never attitude has led to contracts with large corporations such as, AAR, APV, Black and Decker Corporation, Case Farms, and Waukesha Electric Systems Corporation. RPM is known throughout commercial industry for always delivering products ahead of schedule, under budget, and with quality that always exceeds that of customers expectations.
