Chad Oxender started the business in a one car garage in 1989 as a manual tool and die shop originally servicing just the local area. He designed and built many benders, stamping dies, and special drilling machines in those early days.

With the addition of our first 4 axis CNC mill starting in 1992 we were able to run many production milling type jobs.

Through the early and mid 1990's, to keep up with the evolving business, we added single and then multi-spindle cam type screw machines as well as rotary transfer machines to do secondary operation work to the screw machine parts.

Then in 1997 we ventured into CNC turning when we bought our first CNC lathe that was equipped with live tooling and sub-spindle for the new mix of work that was coming in. The new machine was able to finish most all parts complete and not require secondary operations. To date the 'Mill/Turn' type part has been a major part of our operation.

In the new century, in efforts to serve a broader spectrum, came the addition of CNC Swiss turning as well as the additions of our very large capacity CNC lathes and our very large capacity 5 axis Horizontal Machining Center / Boring Mill.

Now as we close in on 30 years, we are still a family ran business. However, we have somewhat outgrown that one car garage somewhere along the way.
