Here at Sierra Precision Machining we have years of experience in engineering and machining precision components for aerospace, medical and military industries specializing in a wide range of materials from plastics to super alloys. We offer manufacturing support from prototype to mass production holding strict tolerances and following industry standard inspection procedures . Our temperature controlled facility consists of a class 10,000 clean room, and in-house assembly for turn key situations.

Currently Sierra Precision Machining shares manufacturing space with its sister company, Precision Fluid Controls. Sierra Precision Machining has access to robotic passivation, precision cleaning capabilities and extensive inspection equipment. Sierra Precision Machining and Precision Fluid Controls plan to share facilities for the near future to take advantage of the combined capabilities both companies offer. Sierra Precision Machining obtained AS9100 during October 2019 with the goal of being a preferred supplier for your highly engineered machined components, offering passivated and cleaned parts ready for stock or directly to the production line.

MULTIAXIS MACHINING

The term multi axis machining refers to the number of directions in which the cutting tool can move. Multi axis machining combines several machining operations on one machine as opposed to having these same processes handled by multiple machines. This allows us to offer maximum productivity, reduced production lead times, improve machining accuracy and lower operating cost.
