CRC Surface Technologies provides metal finishing services for the aerospace, defense, medical, semiconductor/electronics, space and heavy equipment industries.  Our portfolio of services include Anodize, Cadmium, Chem-Film, Chrome, Copper, Dow 7, Dryfilm Lube, Electroless Nickel, Grinding (ID/OD), Nickel, Nital Etch, Non-Destructive Testing, Paint, Passivate, Phosphate, Shot Peening, Silver plating and more.  With a fully-automated, multi capability clean line and several processing lines in over 60,000 square feet of production space, our facility and experienced personnel are capable of handling the most demanding of your special processing needs.  Our facility and quality systems are AS9100 and NADCAP Certified, under a FAA Drug & Alcohol Program, as well as ITAR Registered – conforming to the strictest standards of the Aerospace, Defense, Medical, Space and Industrial sectors.

As a one-source solution special processing provider, CRC Surface Technologies offers multiple levels of value added services. Our value added services include abrasive & non-abrasive blasting, light assembly, embrittlement relief, precision masking, packaging, part marking (silk screen & stamp), pick-up/delivery, prototype finishing, source inspection, tooling fabrication, vapor degreasing and a modern laboratory with the necessary testing capabilities to ensure process specification compliance. To support customer satisfaction and our continuous improvement initiatives, CRC Surface Technologies has adopted and implemented quality software and system certified to the requirements of AS9100 Rev C.
