Southwest Rock Products operates multiple aggregate sand and gravel pits in the Phoenix metro area with additional locations in northern Arizona. SWRP is a family owned company based in San Tan Valley, Arizona. Over the last sixteen years, co-owners Chris Reinesch and Steven Hood have guided the company from a struggling start-up to becoming one of the fastest growing aggregate producers in the state. “It’s all about attitude and doing things the right way the first time” says Chris. It’s the belief of both owners and it’s practiced each day. It’s not always the easiest or cheapest way to operate in the short term, but in the long run it pays off with material quality, customer confidence, happy employees, and a successful company that will continue to grow.
